Investment forms, one click away

At a Glance

My contribution: storyboard, illustration, vector artwork, animation and final production, including sound effects, music curation and voiceover synchronization.

Challenge: show how KoreID could bring the familiarity of “Sign in with Google” to investment forms, letting investors recall verified information with one click while keeping the regulated context understandable.

Outcome: a 90-second product video used on the KoreID hotsite to introduce the feature and move from repetitive form filling to a clear one-click shortcut.

The Fatigue of Starting Over

KoreID lets investors and shareholders reuse certified information across regulated investment forms. Inspired by familiar actions such as “Sign in with Google” or “Continue with Facebook,” the feature recalls information that has already been provided instead of asking the investor to type it again. Behind that shortcut sit credentials, permissions, verified participants and multiple regulated portals.

The video therefore begins with the problem people already recognize: entering the same information form after form. Only after that friction is established does the story introduce KoreID and explain how the ecosystem works.

A concrete frustration gives the technical explanation a reason to exist.

The animation moves from the KoreID ecosystem to the blockchain infrastructure that protects the feature.

Make a Complex Feature Easy to Follow

Working from the supplied script and a voiceover recorded by a Client Success colleague, the storyboard organizes the explanation as a sequence of questions. What is frustrating today? What is KoreID? Who can use it? Where does it appear? What changes for the investor? Each scene answers one question before the next layer is introduced.

KoreID storyboard arranging the investor problem, product introduction, regulated ecosystem and one-click result into a linear narrative.

The sequence keeps the investor benefit visible while the compliance context becomes more specific.

Trust Needs a Visual Grammar

The illustrations use a restrained blue palette, repeated interface cards and clear directional movement. Identity, portals and permissioned access are represented as parts of one connected environment, rather than as separate technical diagrams.

Compliance appears as part of the journey, without replacing the investor’s task as the center of the story.

Repeated shapes and transitions make the ecosystem feel continuous across different regulated contexts.

The Click That Completes the Story

The closing scenes return to the action promised at the beginning. The investor recalls certified information, authorizes its use and fills the form without typing it again. Motion, interface feedback and sound converge on the click, turning an abstract infrastructure benefit into a visible moment.

The ending resolves the opening problem with the smallest possible interaction.

Updated in 2025

In 2025, I updated the video for the new name and logo. The narrative, timing, illustration and animation remained unchanged.

Kore, KoreID, their products and the interfaces shown in this case belong to Kore. This portfolio presentation documents design work and may not represent the product’s current interface or messaging.
