About Cleon

I’m Cleon Morais, a designer from Brazil.

I started in illustration. That got me into graphic design and visual identity, and from there into 3D in 2020 and motion in 2021.

That same year I joined KoreInside, a fintech in Toronto, and stayed five years. For three of those years I led the graphic design function and mentored two junior designers. At the end of 2024, at viaPeople in New Jersey, I moved closer to product and worked alongside engineers building the things I was designing.

That mix is still how I like to work. I design the interface and the visual language around it. A product screen, a brand system, an illustration, and a motion graphic can all be part of the same project.

I work remotely from Brazil, with teams in the US and Canada.
